BIG

This video was created in response to a prompt posed by USC’s CTPR 285: Lateral Thinking for Filmmaking Practice.

Prompt: This experiment encourages students to work with the existing qualities of a performer in order to create believable emotions, rather than the traditional method of bringing performers in to fit into pre-conceived moments.

Women are often seen as more emotional creatures than men… and are ridiculed because of it. I wanted to visually portray how emotions can help drive women to become more successful, not hinder their performance, in a space that is heavily male-dominated: sports.
